About Jennifer

A veritable artist whose calling is to reveal the sparkle and inner glow in everyone, Jennifer Spraggett is an expert of her trade. Passionate about beauty as far back as she can remember, Jennifer recalls her very first eyeliner pencil she received at the age of 10. And of course had to try it out on every girlfriend in her class.

Growing up in North Bay Ontario she decided to move South after taking her Interior Design at Georgian College not quite feeling her calling. She then enrolled in a program at Mohawk College in Hamilton where she became certified in Aesthetics, Skin Care, Advanced Waxing Procedures, Manicure and Pedicure Spa, Makeup Artistry, Spa Facial Techniques, Full Body Massage and Aromatherapy, Biology Preparatory, Professional Selling and Business, Colour Theory and Fashion.

Very blessed Jennifer was offered a position at Caryl Baker Visage while finishing her college course and jumped in on the opportunity. The company’s incredible training further educated Jennifer with Glycolic Peels, Microdermabrasions, Teeth Whitening, Ear Piercing, and continued with updated training upon the latest in cosmetics and skincare.

After building a beautiful loyal clientele Jennifer moved on to open her own business after 9 years with Visage to then open her now very successful business The Beauty and Healing Studio located in the heart of Ancaster Village. Where she works on countless projects, including the most glamorous weddings and photoshoots. She uses only the highest-quality beauty products on the market, such as Kett, Caryl Baker Visage, Makeup Forever, MAC and Stila, for a flawlessly beautiful look, every time.

Whether it’s for a wedding, a boudoir photo shoot or just a girls’ night out, Jennifer consistently creates a positively renewing experience whether that be through her makeup artistry, her facial treatments, or her Reiki healing sessions.

Her studio is a breath taking experience to be had with an open concept with high ceilings which allows sunlight to flow throughout each room for a perfect beautifying and healing experience.
